Lead Advanced Analytics

A high-impact analytics leader is needed to drive business foresight.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles with proven business value delivery.

They should be comfortable diving deep into data pipelines and able to distill complexity into insights.

Mastery of Power BI and strong SQL skills are a must.

Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure, and predictive analytics techniques is also required.

The successful candidate will present insights confidently to senior leaders in clear, actionable, and visually compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions from raw data to insight-driven stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance measures, and strategic questions.
  • Own the development of predictive models and what-if scenarios that drive business foresight.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers, setting high standards for analytical reasoning and impact.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles with proven business value delivery.
  • Mastery of Power BI (DAX, data modeling, storytelling) and strong SQL skills.
  • Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong predictive analytics mindset - comfort with trend analysis, forecasting, or basic machine learning techniques.
  • Demonstrated self-leadership, strong work ethic, and ownership mentality.
