Job Title

A Data Analyst is a professional responsible for collecting and analyzing complex data to help businesses make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, and fraud incidents to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports that highlight key performance metrics and insights for executive leadership.
  • Create standardized and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization applications.
  • Expert level of usage of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex and unstructured data.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
