We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst & POS Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and ensuring seamless POS system functionality across all outlets.

Job Description:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from POS systems to identify trends, upselling opportunities, and cost inefficiencies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance, online orders, and key KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Automate reporting dashboards for real-time visibility into store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all POS-related issues in stores and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure system uptime.
  • Train store staff on POS usage, updates, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • Mandatory: Experience in the QSR industry or multi-store retail operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and POS support.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex data insights in simple terms to non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate with teams across multiple cities.
