Job Overview

We seek a seasoned technology leader to drive the vision and strategy for Architecture and Integration in Development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering innovation.

This role involves managing complexities across multiple solution components and stakeholder groups, defining architecture roadmaps, and driving adoption of global solutions.

  • Develop and govern overall standards and direction for Architecture and Integration.
  • Manage solution architecture design and models for Program/Project/Platform Architecture.
  • Provide leadership to transformation programs and contribute to Enterprise standards and architecture Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support solution architects and data modelers to enhance their skills.
  • Review and deliver standardized operating guidelines, design principles, and best practices agreed at Development and Enterprise levels.
  • Enforce standard technology stack to streamline development process and enhance interoperability.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years IT experience in highly regulated environment and global matrix organization, ideally within Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven experience in Architectural design and implementation.
  • Leveraging digital technology in Drug Development space and delivering large-scale global solutions.
