Product Support Specialist

  • Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, education)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
