Curriculum Developer and Learning Experience Designer

A visionary Curriculum Developer and Learning Experience Designer is needed to craft engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. This role requires expertise in instructional design, creativity, and collaboration.

  • Learning Experience Design: Develop immersive learning environments that incorporate interactive elements, storytelling, and visual representations of complex concepts.
  • Instructional Design: Create comprehensive curricula, including learning objectives, assessments, and evaluations, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to bring projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing content, developing assets on the Learning Management System, creating summary decks based on video content, and reviewing and editing closed caption text for all videos.

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer and Learning Experience Designer with a strong background in instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, and MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced growth environment in a similar role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to grasp technical concepts and simplify them visually. Strong visualization and visual design skills, attention to detail, and an inclination towards understanding academic content are also essential qualities for this role.
