Program Coordinator Job Description

The role of a Program Coordinator plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. This includes providing support to learners, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines set by the process.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to business needs, customer focus, technical savvy, and attention to detail.
