About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional E-Retail Manager to lead our online sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sales growth across our e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and market trends. You will work closely with our software development, copywriting, and graphic design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales enhancement strategies.
  2. Creating engaging content for social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  4. Reviewing and optimizing website security and checkout processes.
  5. Designing and implementing promotional offers to boost sales.
  6. Ensuring accurate copy and legal disclaimers on our websites.
  7. Analyzing sales data to inform restocking decisions.
  8. Providing regular reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar. A relevant sales qualification is highly desirable. Extensive experience as an E-Retail Manager is essential, along with a proven track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies. Strong knowledge of e-commerce procedures and techniques is also required. Additionally, you should possess excellent supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills, as well as exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities. Finally, you must be able to adapt quickly to changing technological landscapes.
