Were looking for a full-stack Digital Marketer who thrives on content, numbers, funnels, and performance metrics. This role is perfect for someone who can plan and execute engaging social media content, high-impact paid ad campaigns, own SEO strategies, and work across CRM/email marketing with a sharp analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop brand identity, content pillars, and tone of voice. Create and execute high-impact content calendars for social media and e-commerce. Conceptualize and lead photo/video shoots, ensuring content is platform-optimized. Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize for performance.
    • Performance Marketing: Set up and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
      • Influencer Marketing: Plan and execute influencer marketing, track performance and optimize ROI
        • SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, oversee on-page & off-page SEO, and collaborate on content planning.
          • Email & CRM Marketing: Set up and automate flows on Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Zoho. Focus on engagement and retention.
            • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics on GA4, GTM, Looker Studio. Deliver clear performance reports.
              • Conversion Optimization: Optimize landing pages and customer journeys through A/B testing and funnel audits.
                • E-commerce Marketing: Preferred experience with Shopify, WooCommerce.
                  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital solutions according to their goals.
                    • Team Growth & Training: Hire, mentor, and upskill the digital marketing team to keep pace with evolving tools, trends, and performance benchmarks.

Must haves

  • 5 to 6 years in digital marketing with focus on performance
  • Excellent analytical and execution skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital buyer journeys
  • Experience scaling D2C or e-commerce brands preferred
