Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive innovation in our Financial Planning landscape.

In this vital role, you will lead the development and maintenance of an enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead model building activities consistent with industry standards, including module and calculation design, security and workflow management, and performance optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and manage product roadmaps
  • Work directly with business SMEs to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and rollout

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science and 4 to 6 years of experience in Information Systems or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 6 to 8 years of experience in Information Systems or related field or Diploma in Computer Science and 10 to 12 years of experience in Information Systems or related field
  • Strong learning agility and analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership, including the ability to break down and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience implementing or running multiple planning solutions in Anaplan or similar EPM tools
  • Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing Agile tools like JIRA
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation
  • Anaplan Level 3 certification
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated awareness of team dynamics and functioning
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
