We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, guide our performance review process, foster our creative culture, and support people operations as we scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the employee life cycle from onboarding till exit formalities, recruitment for relevant profiles through various channels, assessing skills for junior positions, building relationships with educational institutions, and coordinating campus interviews and other selection activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations, benefits, training, and development programs
  • Providing guidance on employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Fostering a positive workplace environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

Required skills include human resource management, recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree, 9 years of experience, and excellent English communication and writing skills.
