Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement and act as a strong link between management and employees.

  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC and statutory compliances.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance and manage HRMS tools.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling and team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees.
  • Organize employee engagement events and foster a positive work culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred.
