Job Summary:

The Implementation Project Lead oversees payroll and SaaS implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, develop comprehensive project documentation, and establish processes for managing scope, quality, and performance standards.
  • Resource and Risk Management: Identify and allocate necessary resources, develop resource management plans, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Manage client expectations, act as primary contact for stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project status and changes.
  • Requirements Gathering and System Configuration: Document client business requirements, conduct operational business requirements gathering, identify process or scope gaps, and define product enhancements.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Coordinate data dictionary and wage type catalog requirements, oversee system integration testing, ensure client sign-off on results, and manage master data migration planning.
  • Testing Oversight and Supervision: Oversee and supervise all testing processes, define and enforce testing methodologies, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure comprehensive test planning and execution.
  • Training and Go-Live Readiness: Develop a structured training plan, provide hands-on training sessions, conduct readiness assessments, and confirm clients' preparedness for go-live.
  • Project Status Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting, maintain up-to-date documentation of project progress, and prepare periodic project reports.
