Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee our customer service operations. This key role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality metrics are met, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Leverage 15-20 years of experience in supervising customer service associates, motivating them to achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs), and ensuring project execution aligns with business objectives.
  • KPI Monitoring and Compliance: Oversee the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure Target compliance, guaranteeing seamless process execution.
  • Technical Skills: Should be well-versed in G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides, facilitating data analysis, report generation, and effective communication.
  • Resource Allocation and Quality Metrics: Effectively allocate resources to meet productivity and quality standards, emphasizing employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Documentation and Adherence: Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures, maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email, with fluent English and excellent knowledge of G-suite. A graduate with at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader is highly preferred.
