Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and productivity. They lead the day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment. They should possess proven expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or related graduate degree is a plus. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential for this role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales leadership, are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Manage and enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to support automation and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Own key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
