The position of Senior Quality Assurance Manager is a critical role within our organization.

About the Job:

This leadership position involves overseeing the quality assurance team to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality are upheld. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy Development
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
    • Establish, maintain, and monitor quality standards specific to high fashion products, including fabrics, trims, and finishing details.
  • Quality Standards & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with international quality standards, certifications, and ethical manufacturing practices.
  • Technical Oversight & Inspection
    • Oversee technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
    • Develop and refine inspection protocols and testing procedures for fabrics, dyes, stitching, fit, and finishing.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Product Development Support
    • Work closely with design and development teams to review technical specifications and prototypes. Perform technical evaluations of garments, including fit, finish, stitching, and fabric integrity.
  • Team Management & Training
    • Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution
    • Identify potential quality risks in production processes and develop mitigation strategies.
