Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and enabling new Relationship Managers (RMs) to quickly become profit centers while ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications required to serve High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients effectively.

The Financial Product Specialist will deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele. This role will also involve onboarding and handholding of new RMs, providing continuous support and guidance to help them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain, with prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams highly desirable. They will possess strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The Financial Product Specialist will work closely with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive results. They will also assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
