Job Title:

Senior Brand Merchant

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Merchant to drive lifestyle category growth through strategic brand partnerships, assortment planning, and sales acceleration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development & Partnerships:
    • Identify and foster strong relationships with emerging and established lifestyle brands
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals to enhance visibility and sales
  • Category Growth & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute category plans aligned with business objectives
    • Create data-driven assortment strategies to ensure optimal on-shelf availability
    • Monitor consumer trends and market insights to curate relevant product offerings
  • Sales Growth & P&L Management:
    • Drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, and sales forecasting
    • Boost GMV growth through targeted campaigns, activations, and seasonal events
    • Monitor competitors and market trends for new opportunities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams
    • Share expertise on customer journeys, merchandising, and platform improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in brand management, category development, or business strategy (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred)

Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Mixpanel

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively
