Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee the management of partners and their teams in sales and design processes, as well as operational communication.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Strategic Sales Management: Helping Partners achieve higher conversion rates through effective sales funnel management by analyzing market trends and developing targeted strategies.
  2. Project Delivery: Designing 12-15 projects per month while ensuring timely delivery through efficient project planning and resource allocation.
  3. Team Management: Managing the work output of Partner and Team for 5 Stores by fostering a collaborative environment and promoting cross-functional teamwork.
  4. Talent Acquisition: Conducting technical interviews to hire skilled IDs who share our company values and can drive business growth.
  5. Training and Development: Training designers to meet predictable sales and design targets through tailored coaching and performance feedback.
  6. Customer Experience: Enhancing Customer Experience and Relationship Management by identifying customer needs and delivering personalized solutions.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with Category Teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and inform strategic decisions.

As an Operations Leader, you will guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners throughout project completion. Your role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills to drive business growth and success.
