Workday Finance Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance professional to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for configuring Workday systems using varied skillsets.

You will coach and analyze work for new employees, incorporate their work into the overall project, and meet with clients to understand their needs.

  • Develop business solutions, articulate recommendations, and influence stakeholders to adopt an approach and deliver results.
  • Adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse clients and collaborate with teams from different geographies.
  • Obtain product certification to guide client financial teams and develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with teams, identify risks and issues, plan workload, and communicate regularly with the project manager.
  • Review peer deliverables, execute unit test cases, debug and resolve issues, and document changes precisely for customer benefit.
About This Role

This is a challenging role that requires adaptability and flexibility. You should be able to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree in related areas is an advantage.
  • Certified in Workday platform is preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by the business.
