Finance Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Supply Chain Specialist to support the transition of our finance and supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana, particularly in the FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.

The Finance Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the setup and configuration of finance and supply chain modules;
  • Conducting testing and issue resolution for finance-related transactions and integrations;
  • Validating and managing end-to-end finance processes, including product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting;
  • Performing transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance;
  • Monitoring and analyzing logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), preparing dashboards, and providing variance analysis with actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules;
  • Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations;
  • Proficiency in financial accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting;
  • Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs;
  • Ability to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and supply chain roles;
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
