Job Title: System Configuration Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced System Configuration Specialist to assist in the implementation of system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily system support to users via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshooting system issues with users and collaborating with software vendors as necessary.
  • Performing various system administration duties, including updating website information content and system data changes.
  • Assisting with configuration changes to the workflow tool.
  • Creating and executing test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assisting with software validation and change control activities.
  • Developing charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assisting in the development of training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A team player with a passion for their work and helping others succeed.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience is beneficial.
