The successful candidate will actively participate in solution design workshops, validate and approve solution designs, and leverage their expertise as a warehouse management system expert for transformational projects/programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in solution design workshops
  • Validation of solution design and approval of the configured solution
  • Validation of test concepts/scenarios
  • Leveraging as the warehouse management system expert for transformational projects/programs
  • Key contributor to change management efforts for global or regional program implementations
  • Providing input to the global technology strategy, serving on the governance board, ensuring input in decision-making processes
  • Preparing and delivering presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences
  • Providing advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology
  • Demonstrating and facilitating design, development, integration discussions of product functionality and product architecture
  • Taking a lead role in proactive search for areas of process improvement and ensuring connectivity to customers in the business
