Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources professional to lead end-to-end HR operations.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee experience and support business goals.
  • Leverage expertise in training and development to create programs that drive employee growth and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, benefits, and other HR-related information.
  • Collaborate with external partners to provide expert advice on HR matters and maintain relationships with industry associations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labor Law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.
