Seeking an exceptional leader to drive luxury automotive dealership success.
Lead a high-performing team, develop strategic business plans, and foster relationships with luxury brands and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of dealership operations including sales, marketing, customer service, and after-sales support
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance revenue growth and market presence
- Manage and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding performance and customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury automotive partners and high-net-worth clientele
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability
- Drive innovation and adoption of best practices within the dealership environment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand standards
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury automotive or related premium sectors
- Proven expertise in managing operations, sales, marketing, and service departments
- Experience working across at least three luxury automotive or premium industry segments
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and people leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a commitment to excellence
