Job Title: Operations Manager for Academic Success

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled operations manager to join our team in Kolkata. This role requires strong administrative experience in an educational setting, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage day-to-day administrative activities, coordinate with faculty and staff, and oversee student and staff functions. They must also be able to facilitate effective communication within the department and US office, as well as provide support to medical students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversight of staff and student functions, including personnel management, budgeting, and facilities maintenance.
  • Facilitate communication between the department and US office, ensuring timely and effective exchange of information.
  • Support medical students and staff, providing guidance and resources as needed.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience in an educational setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata.
  • Prioritization of Master's degree or relevant work experience (minimum 3 years).
