As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, building a powerful brand, driving organic growth through content, community, and storytelling, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and strengthen our brand identity across all channels.

2. Drive engagement through data-driven content strategies.

3. Lead go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers.

4. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with strong brand and content expertise.

• Proven track record of scaling engagement through organic strategies.

• Excellent people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and structured data analysis.
