Job Title: Process Trainer
This role is responsible for the day-to-day functional direction of agents within the training classroom environment.
- Monitoring student progress and providing coaching and developmental feedback are key responsibilities.
- The candidate must utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills to deliver training using various modalities.
- Preparing and presenting training materials through classroom learning and demonstrations are essential tasks.
- The individual will be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
- Partnering with Operations to transition agents from training to production, ensuring competency levels meet business standards, is a critical function.
- Maintaining relevant product knowledge by taking calls and attending meetings is also required.
- The successful candidate will ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and clients.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs and recommending modifications based on results is an important task.
- Contributing to a continuous learning culture by engaging in change management and staying up-to-date with policies and procedures is desirable.
Qualifications: A graduate degree in Bpharma/Mpharma/BDS is required.
Required Skills: Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, strong communication, time management, team building, and critical thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines, self-motivation, and attention to detail are necessary.
