Senior Training and Development Manager

Key to our organization's success is the ability to develop and enhance our sales team through impactful training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill and competency gaps among our sales professionals.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality training modules on various financial products, including equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
  • Ensuring that all training materials are continuously updated to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guarantee that training content aligns with business and compliance requirements.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales or related fields with a good understanding of the mutual funds industry.
  • NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining).
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management Skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in the field.
  • Relevant Training & TTT Certification would be an added advantage.
