Senior Training Specialist

  • Buddy System & Mentorship: Implement a buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.
  • Coaching & On-the-Job Training: Provide real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.
  • Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing—plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.
  • Develop Smarter Content
  • AI-First Expertise: Utilize Generative AI and LLMs to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Streamline design, build role-play scenarios, and personalize training experiences.
  • Instructional Design: Craft clear and easy-to-digest content.
  • Presentation Skills: Build clear and engaging decks that simplify complex ideas.
  • Tools: Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
  • Evaluate Program Impact
  • Monitor skill gaps and quickly turn them into training opportunities.
  • Track training effectiveness and tie it back to performance on the ground.
  • Take full ownership of delivery and outcomes, ensuring programs are on time, visible, and outcome-driven.
Required Skills and Qualifications
