Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.
