We are looking for a seasoned Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related activities and warehouse operations for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal inventory levels, manage warehouse functions, and streamline processes to support business operations effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management across all company warehouses.
- Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse operations, including organization, safety, and compliance.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff for efficient inventory handling.
- Generate inventory reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in inventory handling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
