Renewable Energy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our solar plant, ensuring optimal performance and energy output.

Key Responsibilities- Plant Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, monitor real-time performance using SCADA systems, and ensure adherence to performance benchmarks.
- Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules, manage on-site teams, and handle equipment breakdowns efficiently.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and manage O&M staff, conduct training sessions, and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, trackers, and grid connections.
- Familiarity with tools like SCADA, solar analytics software, and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions under pressure, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar plant O&M, ITI/Diploma/BE qualifications, and open & negotiable salary.
