Job Description:

  • Follow the established shift schedule and production requirements as per process needs.
  • Ensure the proper handling of Fractionation process steps, including plasma bags collection, sanitization washing, plasma cutting, pooling thawing, and other essential tasks.
  • Conduct thorough checks of all vessels and equipment in the plasma fractionation area to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Perform assigned manufacturing activities according to defined procedures (SOPs, BMRs, protocols) and maintain accurate records in respective documents.
  • Submit in-process samples to QC for analysis and obtain feedback.
  • Collect materials from the warehouse and QC department as required.
  • Assist with plasma fractionation process steps, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate pH, conductivity meters, turbidity meter, weighing balances, and other necessary equipment.
  • Prepare buffers and solutions for plasma fractionation processes.
  • Monitor and perform area cleaning, equipment surface sanitization, pressure differentials, temperature, and relative humidity control.
  • Collect waste from clean rooms and send it to the scrap yard for disposal.
  • Arrange garments and shoes in designated change rooms.
  • Assemble and disassemble centrifuge and filter press equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of plasma fractionation processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
