Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Architect to join our team of innovators. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for microservices and backend systems, ensuring alignment with our overall technical strategy.

  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and patterns for building robust distributed systems, balancing trade-offs in scalability, performance, and cost.
  • Translate business and product requirements into architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and system-level designs.
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure system components leveraging Python (Flask/FastAPI), open-source frameworks, and modern cloud-native practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Python-based microservices and backend systems, ensuring alignment with our overall technical strategy.

  3. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and other Architects to ensure consistency, integration, and interoperability across modules.
  4. Drive technical excellence in CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and security practices.
  5. Mentor engineering leads and senior developers, fostering architectural thinking and technical maturity across teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or senior technical design role.
  • Good experience with AI based tools/coding assistants for development cycle.
  • Deep expertise in Python, with strong proficiency in Flask/FastAPI and backend system design.
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in production.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to frontend technologies to assess full-stack architectural impacts.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems integration, particularly in NLP or Speech technologies.
  • Prior contributions to large-scale government, public digital infrastructure, or open-source projects.
