Job Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for creating solution architectures for systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and recommends solution design options based on business requirements and company standards.
  • Creates detailed solution design documentation, including input into standard reference models.
  • Ensures compliance with governance and due diligence applicable to the solution.
  • Oversight of lesser-experienced Solution Architects and responsible for their work quality.
  • Promotes the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Leads technical discussions and produces documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance end-to-end integrations.
  • Provides Workfront solutions aligning with Business Operations strategy & Roadmaps.
  • Seeks opportunities to increase business operations teams' satisfaction and improve business and operational efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
  • Closely manages project outcomes and ensures appropriate close-out and BAU transition of all projects.
  • Maintains documentation repositories and keeps them updated regularly.
  • Solves complex technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions.
  • IDentifies project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PMs.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Workfront experience, hands-on experience in Workfront configurations and Customizations.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practice.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading IT Teams of 6+ professionals (direct and/or indirect reports).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Lean principles.
  • Previous experience configuring or delivering Workfront is necessary.
