Backend Architect Position

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Architect to lead the design and implementation of our solutions. This is a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company.

  • Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have 13-15 years of overall experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Net architect, including 1-2 end-to-end project architecture and implementation experiences. They should also have strong experience in managing a dev team of minimum 8 developers for 3+ years.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure backend systems using .NET, C#, and Microservices. They will manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of projects, develop solutions that adhere to industry standards and best practices, and handle requirements such as SQL (preferably SQL Server), performance optimization, and implementing security as part of the solution.

Requirements include:

  • .NET (4.8), .NET Core (6+), MVC, Web API, Minimal API, EF, EF Core, LINQ, unit testing
  • Experience in defining solutions, architectures, OOAD, DDD, low-level system design, and common design patterns
  • Strong experience in Microservices, various Microservices patterns, service interactions, etc
  • Exposure to networking, proposing logical and physical infrastructure components, infrastructure sizing, load balancing, etc
  • Desirable Skills:

Candidates should possess excellent leadership and management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have exposure to cloud-based technologies and DevOps principles.
