Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

About the Position:

The primary role of a Quality Assurance Professional is to perform thorough quality assurance audits or evaluations.

  • The professional will monitor inbound and outbound calls and emails to assess associates' demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Ability to complete call monitoring and provide feedback as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or internal definitions.
  • Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the concerned team.
  • Understand process/function goals and contribute to achieving them.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and initiate action plans for reducing variance.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ensure adherence to process quality SLAs.
  • Coordinate with clients on process-related issues & updates.
  • Takes others' perspectives into account when communicating, negotiating, or presenting arguments.
  • Listen & clearly present information.
  • Demonstrate expertise in functional knowledge and apply it in aligned projects.
Requirements:
  • Should have more than 1+ year of experience in collections processes.
  • Preferred third-party or first-party collections experience.
  • Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Vigilant in following up to ensure that developed plans addressing issues and problems have been implemented.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and a sense of urgency.
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; has excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
