Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases for software applications, identifying and documenting defects and suggesting corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery, leveraging expertise in QA best practices.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of web and backend applications, utilizing industry-standard testing tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Provide expert QA insights during planning and development phases, driving defect prevention and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in software testing tools and technologies, including SQL, Test Management Systems, and Automated Testing Tools.
