About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance for financial or trading applications, with expertise in Endur/Findur and a deep understanding of trading operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead QA Activities
  1. Lead and execute quality assurance activities on trading platforms, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability across various environments.
  2. Own and manage the QA lifecycle, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
Develop Test Plans
  1. Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
  2. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
Mentor Junior Team Members
  1. Collaborate with junior QA team members to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.
  2. Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects.
Support User Acceptance Testing
  1. Support user acceptance testing and assist with training and knowledge transfer for internal stakeholders.
  2. Ensure the integrity of test data, environments, and processes, maintaining a high standard of testing quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of Endur Experience.
  • Extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms.
