Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance for a cutting-edge property management platform, ensuring seamless interactions between autonomous agents, complex integrations, and modern web applications.
Main Responsibilities
  • Ai Agent & Integration Testing
    • Develop effective test strategies for ai agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization.
    • Test intricate third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs).
    • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing.
    • Conduct thorough performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios.
  • Platform Testing & QA Management
    • Perform comprehensive testing of Django REST APIs and Angular frontend applications.
    • Test multi-tenant architecture, security, real-time dashboards, and mobile applications.
    • Design automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Manage qa processes, documentation, defect tracking, and team coordination.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record in Ai/ml testing, including model validation and automation.
  • Extensive experience in REST API testing, full-stack testing, and automation framework development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Technical Expertise
  • Testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman, JMeter.
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL scripting.
  • Frameworks: Django REST Framework, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker.
  • CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, automated testing integration, deployment validation.
