  • Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed designs for building MEP systems, ensuring their efficient integration into overall building structures.

  • Collaboration

Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • System Management

Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.

  • Documentation

Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge

A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.

  • Project Management

Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.

  • Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.

  • Attention to Detail

Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
