Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates and analyzes customer receivables account delinquency and determines the most suitable communication approach to facilitate timely payment.
  • Resolves disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiates with customers for prompt payment.
  • Identifies trends for non-payment and resolves issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Develops a strategic approach to collections activities, influencing customer payment behavior through effective relationship-building, efficient resource allocation, and solution-driven initiatives.
  • Enhances portfolio effectiveness, reducing time spent on accounts.
  • Maintains low Write Offs and Bad Debts through early identification and resolution of high-risk receivables.
  • Demonstrates leadership capabilities through performance and example setting.
