Regional Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and executing HR policies, processes, and systems across all offices in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute HR policies, processes, and systems across all offices in the region.
  • Assist the corporate recruitment team in identifying resources from local networks.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews across all functions and respective HoDs.
  • Ensure work-discipline and code of conduct across all offices in the region.
  • Coordinate and ensure all admin tasks, including house-keeping, are as per schedule.
  • Ensure local purchase, including stationery, grocery, office equipment, etc.
  • Ensure local services, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc., are provided in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all office equipment, including lights, ACs, pantry-related machines, etc., are running uninterrupted and according to requirements.
  • Ensure security of the place and escalate in case of any possible threats or risks.
  • Check GRN/SRN and process bills received from local vendors for further approvals and payment.
  • Generate regular monthly and quarterly MIS on recruitment, premise management, expenses incurred, and forward plans for management's purview.
Requirements:
  • A graduate with a PG degree/diploma in HR/Finance/Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a system-driven organization into HR and Admin functions.
  • Exposure to ERP environment, while not mandatory, is preferred.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and work in strict timelines.
