Job Profile:-

1. Implement and execute HR policies, processes and system across all offices for all employees in the region.
2. Assist the corporate recruitment team in identifying resources from the local networks.
3. Conduct and coordinate interviews across all functions and respective HoDs.
4. Ensure work-discipline and code of conduct across all offices in the region.
5. Coordinate and ensure all admin tasks, including House-keeping are as per schedule.
6. Ensure local purchase, including stationery, grocery, office equipment&aposs, etc.
7. Ensure local services in timely manner, like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
8. Ensure all office equipments including lights, ACs, pantry related machines, etc are running uninterrupted, according to the requirements.
9. Ensure security of the place and escalate in case of any possible threats /risks.
10. Check GRN / SRN and process the bills received from any local vender(s) for further approvals and payment.
11. Generate regular monthly & quarterly MIS on recruitment, premise management, expenses incurred and forward plans for managements purview.

Coordinate and assist the Business Heads / HODs during any Business Events.

Essentials:- A graduate with PG degree / diploma in HR / Finance / Management. Having experience of atleast 3-5 years in a system driven organization into HR & Admin functions. Exposure to ERP environment, while not mandatory, is preferred. Should be a computer savvy, hands-on, self-starter and go-getter. Sound interpersonal skills and effective communication are absolutely essential. Ability to plan, execute and working in strict timelines are some of the most desired qualities.
