Job Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. This role involves delivering projects with good quality, high value, and great customer satisfaction within project timelines. The Consultant will be the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute the project through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top reputed university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients/projects and domain knowledge.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
