Strategic Business Growth Manager

At Adclan Media Services Pvt ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives, challenges, and preferences.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Meet with clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with clients.
- Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client presentations, depending on the requirement of the clients.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
