Job Overview :

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of an Inbound Call Center, with a focus on maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Candidate Requirements
    • At least 5 years of experience in Inbound/ Outbound Customer Support operations - Voice from BPO Background.
    • Knowledge of Dialer/ APR reports/ Shrinkage control.
    • Experience in Inbound Call center management required.
    • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs.
  • Candidate Profile
    • Develop effective resource planning to maximize productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
    • Analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.).
    • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.
    • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
    • Prepare & share reports to Client & Top management.
    • Awareness of Inbound call centre KPIs.
    • Ability to handle multiple processes and effective client management.
