About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Solutions Lead to join our team. As a key member of our analytics consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the latest applications of AI and machine learning to solve complex business problems.

This role involves leading multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, and data/ML engineers. You will closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams, participate in client workshops to identify high-impact business problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions, and translate those business problems into clear analytics problem statements.

  • Work on advanced analytics and data solutions with a product mindset in collaboration with internal CoEs (Centers of Excellence) such as Cloud, Engineering, Data Sciences, and MLOps.
  • Own and drive execution of plans by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.

In this role, you will contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytics approaches. We value teamwork, respect, and expertise, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems into analytics and data problem statements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions with a product mindset.
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/DE/AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
  • Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in the context of client decision making.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered.
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and/or Python.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
