Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute engaging educational programs that integrate psychological principles and AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Foster new partnerships with schools and educational institutions globally to drive business growth.
  • Manage enrollment processes, converting student and school leads, coordinating with internal counselors, and running targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze AI data to inform strategic decisions and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Promote programs through social media and collaborate with freelancers to expand organizational reach.
  • Stay abreast of advances in education, psychology, and AI to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on leveraging AI for business growth and educational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology (required)
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to create impact
  • Leadership skills, with ability to manage projects and deliver training
